My Simple Woman’s Daybook For Today… January 12, 2009

Outside my Window… it is a chilly day. The sun seems to be playing peek-a-boo.

I am thinking… about all that I need to get done today.

I am thankful for… my family and friends, my life group, and my church.

From the kitchen… there awaits floors that need to be mopped.

From the learning rooms… the kids are playing with each other.

I am wearing… my pajamas. What could be more comfy?

I am reading… Lies Women Believe and the Truth that Sets them Free

I am hoping… for a good outcome all the while expecting the opposite.

I am hearing… laughter and cries from the kids' rooms.

I am creating… a better me, through God's enabling grace and help.

Around the house… there's the pitter patter of feet amidst a lot of things that need accomplished

One of my favorite things… is holding a sleeping baby.

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… lots and lots of housework, reading, and spending time with my hubby and the kiddos. Oh, and watching the premiere of American Idol!
